MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for cups-ipp14 [2]:

Orphaned, slightly patched Apple CUPS library
from April 2020.

Since 2020, the OpenPrinting project took over
the development of CUPS for open operating systems.
That is the variant that should be used on
non-Apple systems, according to project maintainers.

That new fork is carried by Arch repos.

Nothing depends specifically on this abandoned,
deprecated package. Safe to delete.
