muflone [1] filed an orphan request for kde-servicemenus-rootactions

the maintainer some time ago has changed the source URL to his private
domain which results to be seized from public authorities

Apart not being working actually as the source URL is broken, this
seems suspicious. Please restore the original upstream source or leave
the package to someone else
