saltedcoffii [1] filed a deletion request for tgs-to-gif-cpp-git [2]:

The way the conan build and cmake files are programmed, this package
is meant to be downloaded as a repository, compiled, and used within
its source directory. There is no option to dynamically link binaries
when building, or to use libraries already available on the system
(e.g., rlottie is downloaded and compiled even if it is already
available. This was not the case upon initial upload. I see no reason
to continue to maintain a package of this nature, as users can just
use it as intended.
