[pacman-dev] libtar patches from pkgutils

Hey guys,

I know this isn't strictly pacman related, but I guess everybody on
this list can benefit from it. Two additional libtar patches from
pkgutils:

Some guy called Andy Cedilnik just announced on the (otherwise
dead) libtar list that he's going to do a bunch fixes. We'll how that
works out. Have a good 2006!
