[pacman-dev] file descriptor leak

Hi,

For information, I've found and fixed a file descriptor leak in 
pacman-lib CVS.
Here is the patch backported against pacman 2.9.7.

I'm not sure of that, but it may be the root cause of the bug #3259 
(http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/3259).
