It would be very useful to have an option to rebuild package without
rebuilding source.
For example I did makepkg without -c,
pkg dir is there with all files needed,
now I want to make some harmless changes in PKGBUILD, like add license field,
I don't wan't to rebuild the whole 150MB game just for this ;)
