Hmm, both are there, but I still receive the error.

[jvinet at mars pacman-lib]$ ls lib/libalpm/po/
LINGUAS   Makefile.in     Makevars.old  POTFILES.in
Makefile  Makefile.in.in  POTFILES      libalpm.pot
[jvinet at mars pacman-lib]$ ls src/pacman/po
