[pacman-dev] ArchLinux Mirror

[Thomas S Hatch]

I wanted to know what it takes to be included as a official mirror so we can
use rsync.archlinux.org, I am from Southern Utah University and we just
finished setting up our server, we have unlimited access to a 3 gig pipe so
we will prove a wonderful asset for the project.
