[pacman-dev] pacman 3.1 release ?

There are several bugs fixed in 3.1 (mostly fix from Nagy), but also that bug
with tr_TR locale that makes pacman unusable.
Maybe there should be a listing of things that needs to be done before a 3.1
release is possible, and then maybe make a testing package for users that
wish to try pacman 3.1 before it's released :
