Heh, no worries.  I've had a few of these "omg THIS is broken... no
wait, it's me being dumb" recently.

I'm at work on a Windy machine.  Can other people verify this is not
an isolated issue? I suspect it's  part if the fill_progress
transition... /me shrugs
