[pacman-dev] New test install - bug fixes

Closed out a few bugs and threw up a new version.

This includes all the recent script changes (and is built with the new makepkg).

Important bug fixes:
* --print-uris works again (thus, so does checkpkg, for the devs)
* Roman's dep corruption (major bug, minor fix, heh)
* Few others....
