[pacman-dev] feature request: create .tar.gz package from an installed one

Oh, just a small external sh script for doing that job, that's perfect.
Nagy was apparently right when saying it would be easy to implement, 
and it might be useful in some cases indeed (I just never had a need for it ;) ).
