[pacman-dev] Add fakeroot version to .PKGINFO header

I've created a small patch (on my ready_to_pull branch) that adds the 
version of fakeroot to the header of .PKGINFO:

# Generated by makepkg 3.1.0-dev
# using fakeroot version 1.7.1


This is purely for debugging. I've currently got a couple of packages 
with wrong permissions which I think are a result of the 
coreutils/fakeroot bug from a couple of months ago 
(http://archlinux.org/news/310/).
