[pacman-dev] [patch] makepkg (actually tar) can't extract .tar.Z archives.

Found a bug last night when trying to build rcs, 'tar -xf' doesn't work 
when trying to extract .tar.Z archives. You need to use 'tar -xzf'. 
Patch attached.
