I used no* options until 3.0.4 hit current.
You have much more time (I doubt pacman 3.1 wil be in less than a
month and I'm unsure if it will remove no* options syntax support, or
it will be done in some next version).
There's no need to update package just to change options to new standard.
This can be done at the same time as usual pkgver bumping.
