[pacman-dev] pacman doesn't realize about letter package versioning when doing upgrades

Erh, typo sorry, Ofcourse I meant g newer than f.

As I understand, it claims openssh requires openssl lesser than or equal to 
0.9.8g ? Is that correct ? Because then my claim is off. But if it's the 
other way around, that is, if it requires openssl higher or equal to 0.9.8g, 
then having 0.9.8f installed, it should not complain.

Unless I'm missing something ...
