[pacman-dev] pacman doesn't realize about letter package?versioning when doing upgrades

No, pacman is okay and behaves correctly. I'm just messed up. It seems that if 
there is not a package available in the repos, it does not work to update 
packages dependant on it.. or something along these lines. nevermind. I'm 
just being tired ;)
