Funny that you made exactly the same mistake as the spanish translator.
Here is the fix I had to do :
 msgid "downgrading package %s (%s => %s)\n"
-msgstr "откат версии пакета (%s => %s)\n"
+msgstr "откат версии пакета %s (%s => %s)\n"

otherwise it looks fine, thanks!
