[pacman-dev] Lack of .FILELIST seems to break namcap

Well, something's different.

Making the latest devilspie package with the current pacman-git:

... Makepkg does its thing ...

So maybe it's not that .FILELIST is missing, but that's the only
difference I noticed between the two archives.
