I've read all additions completely and they are fine to me.
No missing important things comes to my mind now, I guess everything
other is OK.
(in case we really missed some change that deserves to be mentioned -
someone will notice this after 3.1 release and it can be added in 3.1
section when releasing 3.1.1)
