[pacman-dev] pamcan don't show the size of invididual package in remove list and 'Total remove size:' in operation -R

This is already implemented for -S and -Q (see
http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/6667).
Add ShowSize option to pacman.conf.
So this should be just extended to support -R.
