Arf, that comes a bit too late. 3.1.3 was tagged and pushed to testing 2 days
ago, and is now even in core :

Since all translations seemed to be in a good state already, and no
translators said that updates were coming, we didn't wait more.

I guess your update will be in 3.1.4 then, so don't worry.
