I thought I should post what I see as my TODOs before a pacman-3.3 
release so people could add theirs.

Needs:
1) makepkg: Fix checking for previously built packages with package 
splitting
2) Document split package implementation
3) Test and merge sed inplace compatibility fix

4) Update copyright notices
5) NEWS file

Wants:
1) Strip shared libraries in makepkg (http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/13592)
