I agree with you. How about

**PKGDEST=**"/path/to/folder"::
  Folder where the resulting packages will be stored. Overrides the
corresponding value defined in linkman:makepkg.conf[5].

**SRCDEST=**"/path/to/folder"::
  Folder where the downloaded sources will be stored. Overrides the
corresponding value defined in linkman:makepkg.conf[5].
