Okay, removing testing.db.tar.gz.part got rid of the error.
I think that probably testing.db was updated in the time between
the moment I canceled the first -Sy and the moment I run -Syy,
but anyway it should have checked file version and redownload
the file from the beginning instead of trying to resume download.
