[pacman-dev] [translation] Hungarian translation for pacman 3.3

Hi!

The Hungarian translation is attached.

Please add "Avramucz Péter <muczyjoe at gmail.com>" to the TRANSLATORS  
file, he translated the scripts to Hungarian. (Thanks.) Adding him to  
the translators mailing list is not necessary, I will maintain the  
whole hu translation in the future (I can translate the hu.po  
differences, that is notably easier task than the whole script  
translation).
