[pacman-dev] [PATCH] Add a fetch callback to allow front-end download support

Not really a bump. I just wanted to know if this patch will ever be in, no 
matter when.

To talk bluntly: if you assure me this patch is going to make it in the main 
pacman tree, and you simply don't know when, I'll apply it in my local copy 
and start hacking with the new download api.

I just want to avoid me some hours of useless coding. So I'd just like to know 
if this patch will ever make it in.
