Nah. I think an online repo would keep the PACKAGER variable as-is.
There might be something separate like 'uploader', or 'maintainer'.
It would be like uploading an mp3 to a site. The artist id3 tag wouldn't
replaced with the uploader's name. Not that anyone does such things.
