[pacman-dev] [Translation] Hungarian translation

The Hungarian translation is attached.

I have one minor comment.
What is this in pacman/*.po?:

msgid " [%s: %s]"
msgstr " [%s: %s]"

Is this intended? If it is, then this is a good place to explain what
is expected from translators here. :-) See pacman/sync.c, line 292.
