[pacman-dev] [PATCH 11/11] makepkg: fix inconsistent output when checking dependencies

Instead of writing:
==> Checking Runtime Dependencies...
==> Checking Buildtime Dependencies...
==> Installing missing dependencies...

Just make it homogeneous:
==> Checking runtime dependencies...
==> Checking buildtime dependencies...
==> Installing missing dependencies...
