pacman -Qpc <package file>

Not sync *database packages*, but *package files*.

be_local: /var/lib/pacman/local
be_sync: /var/lib/pacman/sync/*.db
be_package: package files

Nope.

$ bsdtar tf /var/lib/pacman/sync/community.db | grep scite
