[pacman-dev] [PATCH] Update authors and contributors

[Dan McGee]

* .mailmap: add mapping for Dave's two email addresses.
* AUTHORS: clear out file, tell people to use `git shortlog -s` instead.
* doc/footer.txt: "promote" Dave, put Xavier and Nagy in past contributors.
