[pacman-dev] [PATCH 0/2] two minor fixes to the build

One: get VPATH builds working again.
Two: use $(PYTHON) instead of #!/usr/bin/python2 to run tests.

  GNU make $(wildcard) assumes $(builddir) for relative paths.
