Hi translators,

I am going to release pacman-4.1.2 in 10 days.  There are three more
strings that need translated.  These were added to close a potential
security issue when downloading packages from a malicious database file.

libalpm:
%s database is inconsistent: filename of package %s is illegal
%s database is inconsistent: filename of package %s is too long

pacman-scripts:
%s is not allowed to start with a dot.
