[pacman-dev] [PATCH] contrib: Make checkupdates more verbose

Instead of just outputting a package name, print out the new pkgver
(this is sometimes useful). Also, `pacman -Qu` does not check for
new dependencies, whereas `pacman -Syup` will, and will print them
with the other packages. It will also show the download progress for
the databases instead of just seeming to hang there.
