[pacman-dev] -Rs with dependency cycle

Hi!

I'm using "Pacman v4.1.2 - libalpm v8.0.2".

I have a clean 64 bit system. Installed skype (with -S) and then I
removed it with -Rs. I noticed that 13 lib32 packages were not removed
with -Rs. (64 packages were installed with -S, and 51 were removed with
-Rs) This is not the expected behaviour.

It seems that this is caused by the dependency cycle (detected by
pacman -S):
"lib32-harfbuzz will be installed before its lib32-freetype2 dependency"

I think this is a bug.
