[pacman-dev] FS#42482 - [paccache] No candidates should not be an error

Good evening...

I've implemented this feature request in paccache (as a flag that turns off
error reporting when there's no candidates), and I've been using it locally
without any issues. I was wondering how I should share the change - should
I post the git diff here? Attach the changed paccache.sh.in file? Submit a
git pull request?
