[pacman-dev] Source code not available. FTP broken.

Hello Pacman devs,

Excusez-moi,

I had not realized that this was a ftp and not a http url, so I treated 
is as such.
In any case:

ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/other/pacman/
or for that matter ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/

Filezilla gave me this:

Status:    Selected port usually in use by a different protocol.
Status:    Resolving address of ftp.archlinux.org
Status:    Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename 
nor servname provided, or not known".
Error:    Could not connect to server
