I have implemented a boolean option '--bell' that when enabled, causes
pacman to ring the terminal bell when there is user input required. I
find this tremendously helpful when there are long delays between user
input and I am busy doing other things at the same time. Let me know
what you think.

The patch is attached. It applies to the src/pacman folder of the
current (4.1.2) release.
