Why are you looking at the archive? Get the Message-ID from your mail
client. And, again, please fix your mail client so that your replies
don't break the existing thread. It is very difficult to follow the
conversation when all of your replies start a new thread.

You have not submitted a properly formatted patch. Every patch you
have submitted was broken. Your patch needs to be inline and properly
formatted to be applied with `git am`. Using `git send-email` is the
easiest way to accomplish that.
