[pacman-dev] [PATCH 3/5] autotools: correct dependency on wrapper.sh.in in generated scripts

makepkg didn't depend on this, only the makepkg-wrapper target did.
Worse, the other generated scripts used the same wrapper, but their
corresponding wrapper target did not depend on wrapper.sh.in, oops!
