An option per repo would be fine.   However, I'd prefer not an
individual colour to each repo.  It should be a single highlight "colour".

Also, I don't like the idea of using the warning colour either.  That
reduces the impact of actual warnings - is just bolding the package
names enough?

Finally, I don't like that the option does nothing when VerbosePkgList
is set.
