Update to relflect the current state of affairs. Add Morgan, drop Dave.

Morgan has been contributing patches consistently over the last couple
of releases - in the top 3 patch contributors for both the 5.2 and 6.0
releases, and in the top 10 of patch submitters overall.

Being a maintainer comes with the added responsibility of doing a bit
of patch review!  (I am always looking for more eyes on patches!)
