[PATCH] cleanup: Flush cursor state to stdout before removing interrupt handler

Well, you can tell it's late here because I'm not sure why I wrote "interrupt 
handler" instead of "signal handler" in the title, and I'm not sure why I put 
the fflush() outside of the isatty() guard. Let me send that again...
