[arch-dev-public] Orphaning dkim-proxy

Hi,

I’ve orphaned dkim-proxy since I no longer use it (opensmtpd added support for filters recently, and they are the new recommended way of doing DKIM signing/verification, deprecating the use of dkim-proxy).

If someone want to adopt it please let me know, else I’ll just drop it to the AUR in ~1 week.
