[arch-dev-public] moving OOo/neon stuff from testing to extra

Daniel and me are preparing to move neon and new OpenOffice incl. i18n later tonight. these are big uploads. it will take a while until we can run the db scripts. btw: i've changed the OOo splash - but it's still showing our nice non Abiword logo! :D Andy
