It seems that http://mir.archlinux.fr/ is a round-robin HTTP-only redirect to other two French mirrors, so I didn't add it to any list.
Oops, I was wrong. I've confused mir.archlinux.fr with mir{1,2}.archlinuxfr.org http://mir.archlinux.fr/ is indeed a different mirror, and up to date, but it's not yet in pacman's mirrorlist (and AFAIR I haven't seen any request for adding it yet).
