Wiki - dark-mode not working in Firefox and the 2022 templates, switching to 2010 template it is fine

All, Just a note on the wiki. Attempting to change to dark-mode failed with the new 2022 templates. Going to my preference and changing the Appearance to use to prior (old) 2010 templates, then dark-mode immediately started working fine. Not sure what else to check. -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
