[arch-general] bpython/bpython2 in community-testing

I've renamed the current community/bpython to community-testing/bpython2. bpython is now the python3 version in community-testing. The reason for the wait is because of a crash that should be fixed in python 3.2.1: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/23536 Please test and thanks for your time!
