It's caused by the avahi-daemon, check [1]. And if you're not sure which configuration file contains a reference to this group, you can always do something like `grep -R 'netdev' /etc/` to find out. [1] http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=385495
